Pet Description:

Joey has a collar on with a tag on it that has our phone numbers and says he's only allowed to be outside till 3pm. He rarely loses that. Usually he comes back on his own but he didn't today. He has a tendency to wander into people's houses also. He's very sweet but very skittish. He's old and walks kinda funny and doesn't run very fast. He has a lot of health problems and we try to keep him on a specific diet so we really need to find him right away
