Pet Description:

All Black cat. Female. Black whiskers. Green eyes. Super long tail, maybe a foot long. 1 to 4 years old. Was found starving and freezing. Really nice, loving, and friendly. Bringing to Thomas O'Conner shelter tomorrow. There is no reward. Want to find her owners, and I don't want a reward. She was obviously loved and has been lost for awhile.
