Pet Description:

15 years old and skinny due to cancer but was loved and well cared for, has a brown donut mustache. Very friendly, gray/black/tan tabby. Was on meds and special food. Neighbor waited 3 weeks to report she saw someone pick him up and take him to a car had just wandered off the deck an hour earlier was sitting right by our secluded apartment on the sidewalk when taken
