Pet Description:

Fred is diluted tabby with a white belly and a very thin half white collar. He is skiddish with strangers, but very loving once warmed up to you. He follows me from room to room and sits by doorways, but will run from being picked up. Our contractor let him out and I am heart broken... he had never been an outside cat!
