He has a tipped ear because he was originally a feral cat. he has a white muzzle, white whiskers and some varigation in his fur color but he is not a tabby. The fluff on his back legs is much lighter than the rest of his fur. He is very shy, not aggressive, but will be afraid to let you touch him.
