Ted is a long haired “Balinese” I rescued from a hoarding situation about 9 years ago. I moved to East Sacramento about 3-4 years ago with my two cats. Only Ted was allowed outside, which proved to be safe for about 2-3 years. He would never go farther than the edge of the driveway until he made friends with a frequent visitor to the RiteAid parking lot at J street/48th street.
