Pet Description:

Small cat around 9lbs. Brown tabby with white along bottom of chin, belly, and paws. Also has a white spot on upper left lip. Green eyes, clipped left ear. His tail is slim and mostly black and white striped. He is very skittish around people but usually comes for treats when he’s not scared. We suspect he is hiding and injured after being hit by a car and running off.
