His name is Louie. He is an 11 month old male, brown and white domestic short hair. He looks like a Tuxedo cat with solid brown fur (looks black in the shade), white socks, a white belly/chest, and a little white on his nose and mouth. His eyes are green, and his paw pads are pink. He is very friendly and loves napping in odd places, please check if he is trapped somewhere or in a garage. He is not neutered yet (appt was coming up) and he may be meowing.
