Jaspurr has a chip. Short haired grey striped tabby with white under belly and legs with black on back left leg Green eyes. is indoor cat jumped our backyard fence on Fernwood Cir. chasing a bird while outside with us. He's afraid of other people etc.. is probably hiding. Not sure he knows how to find way home ????
