Pet Description:

I saw a black and white cat near where the Flagstaff Urban Trail crosses I-40 (approximate coordinates: 35.176995, -111.671285). It was near the big drain pipe that goes under S. Highland Mesa Road. I approached, but it ran off across S. Highland Mesa Road toward the neighborhood. It was mostly black with a white chest and paws. I'm not sure if it's lost or not, but figured I'd post about it.
