This cat is extremely friendly (followed our next door neighbor home from park) It's a sweet and vocal cat (it chatters and meows sweetly)that looks like it's used to kids, cat's, and small dogs. It keeps trying to come inside of our house...seems young..he does not appear to be neutered.
