We've noticed this male domestic short hair grey tabby around our house (Albina at Hopkins) the last few days. He doesn't have a collar and isn't microchipped. He has a scarf like white patch under the neck. He’s quite a big cat and pretty loud too. His paws are a bit dirty so he could be an outdoor cat or he’s been outdoors for a while. We are currently taking care of him by giving him food and water. He seems quite scared of any sudden movements but he’s very affectionate too.At this point, we
