Annabelle is missing and my heart is breaking. I lost everything in the Paradise Fire and she is the only thing I have left!! She is Microchipped but that paperwork burnt up in the fire and I don't know how to go about updating my info without the chip number. If scanned it will say Butte County. She does not have her collar on, she is a collar escape artist.
