Please HELP! Our cat Felix went missing on Tuesday August 6th, 2019 between 8pm and 10pm Near NE 3rd Ave & NE Jackson Hillsboro, OR 97124. He is Black and White and is very friendly he was wearing an old orange collar. He is an indoor/outdoor cat about 12 years old and 9lbs. Please take note of any new outdoor cats in your neighborhood.
