Cat is male neutered approximately 10.5-11lbs. He is an orange tabby and will come to his name. He has a severe heart condition and requires medication. He may have suffered a cardiac event and is deceased, however, we would like to be able to recover him. He may be in the P. Joseph Raab County Park, since our house is right against this park.
