Toby is a very loved, handsome, male. He is orange and white, short haired, shy cat. Toby has a pink rinstone collar on (yes it's pink and yes he's a male lol) we just moved to the area, and besides the ride to his new home he has never been outside before. I hàve a feeling he is probably hiding in a garage, shed, or somewhere dry, since it's been raining the last 3 days. Our hearts are so broken just thinking about him alone, scared, hungry, and wet :((( PLEASE HELP him get home!!!
