Pet Description:

SPOTTED (but escaped): Striped cat with red collar + tags within Rural Parking Structure, ASU Tempe campusI first spotted the cat in Lot 44, and realized it was lost because it had a collar. The cat ran into a locked, enclosed storage cage immediately west of the parking structure when I tried to approach. I waited with the cat and called ASU Campus Police for help - they took a very long time to appear (~30 min), didn't have a key to the storage cage, and said they don't handle animals on campu
