Black and white tuxedo male, white socks, white tip on tail, white mustache, green eyes, light green collar, brown polka dots and bell, but since it was breakaway he may not have it on when found. He is nuetered. Not chipped, and no tags, he had them but the collar he was wearing was also breakaway so they were lost forever with the loss of his collar. He is sweet and gentle, but if scared or in pain he may act less social or timid. Loves car rides, and wet food. He is desperately needed at home
