Buddy is a 9 yr. old grey cat with no collar, but he is chipped. He has had a recent allergic reaction to a flea collar and will have a ring of scabs around his neck. He has NEVER been outside and will be hiding somewhere. He is my faithful companion and I am very worried about him. Please help me to find my baby!
