Pet Description:

He is intact/unfixed, not micro chipped, and has black and white short-hair. All black except white nose, underbelly, right front paw, front left and rear legs, and sides of neck. He is litter box trained and primarily an indoor cat but was found loose outside and invited himself inside.Found near Roger and Mountain on Thursday 9/6/2018 but possibly roaming the neighborhood up to a month earlier. Looking to find original owner but will have to transfer to a new owner or an animal care center
