Pet Description:

Orange & white long haired raggamuffin with black spots on his lips & nose & is also deaf about 12/13 yrs old (although doesn't look or act it), very very lovable & friendly & will walk up to anybody or any animal. Not wearing collar or tags cuz they tangled his fur up & i was going to shave him but didn't have the chance due to work & then this happened.
