CAT WITH LIME GREEN COLLARThis large cat with a lime green collar has been in the drain ditch on Hamilton and Shannon for 5 days. Very friendly and was able to pick up but could not get into a carrier to check for chip. Still there and is next to very busy road. Doesn't seem to know the danger of the cars at all!
