Pet Description:

He's a grown cat, but smaller than average. Hes slim, pure black aside from some stray white hairs. He wears a black, studded color with a bell and a pink vaccination tag from the ACT spay and neuter center in Stockton. He answers to Bart and he may be hungry as he has not eaten (that I'm aware) since 3-13-18 sometime in the early morning/afternoon. He's usually very sociable, but he may be frightened.
