Pet Description:

Black with white specks throughout fur. Greenish-yellow eyes. (L) ear has a healed tear. Many scars around ears and face, and may have patches of missing hair under ears due to skin allergy and scratching. He is not micro-chipped (to our knowledge) or neutered. Lost collar before he disappeared. He is usually very vocal, but skittish around strangers.
