Lost Cat DENVER, CO

  Reunited Cat
Thank you for all the tips and the hope you gave me when it came to misplaced Keke. She's mostly an indoor cat, but she hangs around out front of the Condo I bought a year ago. When I first moved from my house in Green Mountain I figured it would be an adjustment for both of us because she was used to having her own yard. A week after the Fourth of July she disappeared which is unheard of for her, if I called she came, even if it took her a half an hour to get home. After 3 days I assumed the worst, but reading the testimonies of other people it gave me hope. My grandson swore he saw her but wrote it off to wishful thinking. About the 4th day I finally broke down crying cause I know her well enough to know, she knows home. She showed the next day, but was hiding. The next day she disappears again for another two days. At this point I'm wondering what got into her. So I corner her as soon as she comes in to run under the bed. While I'm trying to look at her she's obviously in pain and doesn't want to be handled. I found a wound on her whiskers where she obviously got into a fight and she got the worst end. It goes to show that their personality changes and they hide from everyone. Now that her scratch healed after a few days she's right back to her normal loving, needy self. Thank you, Sandra
