We were driving on 123 going towards Fairfax/George Mason area and got in an accident and he was able to get out of his cat carrier and escape out of a broken window. Bystanders saw him run toward CHAPEL ROAD. PLEASE PLEASE if you are anywhere near here keep a lookout for him. His name is COOPER ans he is EXTREMELY skiddish. He is likely HIDING UNDER something.
